Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process and select your reason for the return.
Print Your Label
Once your request is authorized, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your original packaging.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your Almond Cow machine and accessories in the original box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
